General Conditions Cupmiles
The Cupmiles campaign
By entering your organisation and name, you participate free in the RPC Tedeco-Gizeh savings programme. Each participating product within a target group determined by us, and that you purchase as from 1 April 2007 up to and including 31 March 2008 over the total purchased products of the same group between 1 April 2006 and 31 March 2007 generates Cupmiles. As from 250,000 Cupmiles, you can exchange the saved miles for a ticket or an event. Participating products are B’Top and innovative products.

The campaign runs from 1 April 2007 until 31 March 2008. You can exchange the balance of your Cupmiles at the end-date for an event in our destination programme schedule. This gives you the right to exchange Cupmiles saved by your organisation at the end of the promotional year (on 1 April 2008) for tickets or events that are made available at that moment by Cupmiles.com themselves or as booking office for third parties. Cupmiles can be exchanged until 31-3-2009. After this date the Cupmiles and the rights attached to same expire.
Booking a ticket or event
At the moment that you make a booking or a reservation with us (directly or indirectly) for travelling, this booking or reservation is binding. This means that you owe us the Cupmiles due for the trip at that moment to us, if your booking or reservation is recognized by us. Besides this, the booking conditions of the offering company apply. When a booking or voucher reservation is cancelled, all Cupmiles expire and no restitution will be done.
Liability
RPC Tedeco-Gizeh and Cupmiles.com recognise no liability for damage before, during or after the trip or event booked by you, for flight delays, or damages from whatever other nature. Neither are we liable for fraudulent exchange of Cupmiles or for the results of a delay when ordering extra tickets and events.
Termination of participation in the Cupmiles programme
You are at all times entitled to terminate your participation in the programme. You can do this by informing us using our web-form or by telephone. In case of fraud, the providing of incomplete or faulty information, if you act contrary to these terms and conditions, if you abuse the rights granted to you as participant in the programme, or if you engage in any other act that damages us or our affiliated companies or associated enterprises, then we are entitled, under reservation of all our remaining rights, to terminate your subscription immediately and/or to annul you saved Cupmiles.
Termination of participation by Cupmiles
We reserve the right to terminate the Cupmiles programme.
Liability concerning Taxes
RPC Tedeco-Gizeh is not liable for costs or other consequences arising from regulations by the local tax authorities concerning the events or trips booked by you with saved Cupmiles.
Summary of Cupmiles booking and order conditions
Cupmiles can be exchanged online for flight tickets and events. In this the general terms and conditions of the company or travel agency apply. Reserved tickets and events are to name and are requested in the name of the requesting party. For this you must supply identification data. Please take the following into account:
The terms and conditions of the airline company or travel agency involved as well as our booking and reservation conditions apply on all tickets and events. In case of annulment the Cupmiles expire and no restitution will be made.
For security reasons, nobody else but yourself, as Cupmile owner, can exchange your Cupmiles. The documents for the offers booked by you are sent to the seat address of the Cupmiles-owner only.
RPC Tedeco-Gizeh does not accept returns of products under the Cupmiles savings programme after termination of the action period, which is 31 March 2008.
You can enter until at the latest 31 December 2007.
Attention: the travel costs are not always included in the events that can be booked. Please read the conditions carefully.
Tickets to destinations are for 2 persons, based upon economy class.
As from 250.000 miles destinations and events can be booked, with increasing steps as from 250.000 miles.
